A 6.2 Acre Site For Affordable And Market Rate Housing

The Northside Revitalization Master Plan includes the construction of up to 120 units of mixed-income rental housing. The Phase One project will be a 6.2-acre site, including both affordable rate and market rate rental units. The site will also include a health care facility in partnership with Spartanburg Regional Hospital and retail space. The TD Charitable Foundation's Housing for Everyone Grant has helped the Northside Development Group bring this project to reality.

The Phase One project will address the lack of affordable housing that has been plaguing residents of the Northside, while also creating market housing opportunities for individuals all over the city. The NDG hopes that the new housing and other initiatives will attract new residents to the area to support continued growth and development.
